Limited Lifetime Warranty in Lancaster, California
AV Collision Repairs offers customers a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty on repairs provided by our shop. This warranty is valid for as long as the vehicle is owned by the party named on the original work order. We offer labor only, fragmented, five-part limited warranty with the following stipulations:
- Limited lifetime warranty on all metal work, including welding and the materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.
- Limited lifetime warranty on all paintwork, including priming and paintwork against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. Our paint warranty is valid only over original factory finishes that are free of defect.
- Limited lifetime warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage.
- Limited lifetime warranty on all new original equipment manufacturer parts, installed by or at AV Collision Repairs. Our shop’s warranty does not exceed the manufacturer’s warranty.
- AV Collision Repairs will repair, repaint, or replace solely at its discretion any items in sections 1 through 4 when a claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle unless caused or damaged as the result of unreasonable use, faulty maintenance, or care of the vehicle. This warranty is null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by AV Collision Repairs. The warranty is non-transferable.
